REGISTRATION

  1. How do I register?
  2. To start, you have to register an account with Voxretail
  3. For Quick Registration
1. Go to https://www.voxretail.com.sg
2. Click on My Account(in the upper right corner)
3. Fill in your email and password and click Sign Up.
4. Your account is now setup and you can proceed with your ordering.

 

Once you’ve signed up, you can click on My Account at the top of the page to view, edit or provide more information of your profile.

 

forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password or have yet to set one, simply enter your email address and click “restore password” at the log-in page. We will send you an email with a link to create a new password.

 

 

ORDERS

  1. How do I place my order?

A.

1. Select the Product that you want, choose the quantity and click Add to Cart.
2. Go to the Shopping Cart and click Checkout.
3. Select Existing or Add new Billing Address, Mode of Delivery, Mode of Payment, then view your order summary and click Confirm.
4. You will be guided to PayPal page to complete your payment.
5. Once payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation on screen and via your registered email.

 

  1. Can I change items or cancel my order?
  2. You cannot change items or cancel your order once your order has been confirmed and paid.
  3. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
  4. All books, once sold are non-returnable or exchangeable except for the following:
 • Products received are different from what you have ordered; i.e. wrong products are delivered.
 • Product is damaged or not in desired condition upon delivery.

 

All reporting of above situation must be made within 3 days upon receiving of goods. All returned products must be returned to us in their original condition/packaging and must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and serial number clearly printed on it for verification.

 

  1. How can I check or track my order?
  2. You can check your order status on MY ACCOUNT / ORDER HISTORY.If your order has shipped, you can track your order on shipper website with the tracking code provided in MY ACCOUNT or your SMS delivery message sent out by TA-Q-BIN for local delivery.

 

 

PAYMENT

  1. What are the payment options?
  2. We accept Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express Card and PayPal.

Is cash payment possible?

 

No, all payments are cashless.

 

 

DELIVERY

  1. What are your shipping types and charges?
  2. SELF-Collection
    Select Self Collection if you wish to collect from our main office @ 50 Serangoon North. No delivery charge applies.LOCAL Delivery
 • Orders S$50 and above – Free Delivery
 • Orders below S$50 – Delivery Charge S$5

 

  1. When will I receive my order?
  2. You should receive your order within 3 working days. (Please note that 3 days is just a guide, actual days may varies)
  3. Why do you need up to 3 working days to deliver my order?
  4. Upon confirmation of an order we need time to arrange for delivery,
  5. What if I’m not home for my delivery (local delivery)?
  6. If nobody is at home when our courier arrived at your home for delivery, our courier TA-Q-BIN will drop a non-delivery slip at your doorstep. You can arrange for re-delivery with TA-Q-BIN directly with the hotline provided or make arrangement online at TA-Q-BIN website.

Booking

Booking to be made at least 1 day in advance

What happens after I have made a booking?

 

We will send you an acknowledgement email directly after receiving your online booking. In the event if the slot chosen is full, we will give you a call with the next available time slot before your scheduled booking.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

 

You can cancel or amend your booking up to 24 hours before the booking is scheduled
